VACATION RENTAL POLICIES

PAYMENT: Half of your rent is required upon booking payable by personal or cashier's check. Balance may be paid at the time of check-in by personal check or credit card.

DEPOSIT: Your deposit is non-refundable unless another party is found for the dates of your stay less a 25% administration fee. Once your deposit is received. A contract is sent upon receipt of deposit.

CHECK-IN: We all meet at the Five Star office. We are located in the Mountain Mall on Hwy. 93 in Whitefish. Enter through the doors next to The UPS store, walk straight back and turn left to find us. We'll then take you to your property and get you checked in or if it's too late, we'll make other arrangements to get the keys and instructions to you.
ADDITIONAL TERMS:

  • An additional 7% state bed tax on all properties and 2% resort tax on properties in the Whitefish city limits.
  • A cleaning fee depending on the size of the home and of the party will be added.
  • Minimum four day stay is required on certain properties.
  • Pets are not allowed unless special arrangements have been made.
  • Smoking/non-smoking rentals are available.
  • Prices subject to change without notice
